Refund policy

Because our apparel is custom-printed to order, we operate on a 100% returnless basis. We do not accept physical returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind, and you never have to deal with mailing items back to us.

Damages, Defects, and Printing Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us immediately at rob@dustborne.faith within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly evaluate the problem and arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Once your issue is verified via photo, we will notify you right away regarding your approval. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at rob@dustborne.faith.
