SHIPPING POLICY
Because our apparel is custom-printed to order, your items go through a dedicated production process before they are handed off to the mail carrier.
1. Production & Fulfillment Times
All items are printed on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be custom-printed, quality-checked, and packaged before it ships. During peak holiday seasons, production times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order leaves the print facility, standard domestic delivery times typically range as follows:
• United States: 3–6 business days
• International: 10–22 business days (depending on destination and local customs processing)
Please note that delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order ships, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once the carrier scans the package.
4. Separate Shipments
If you order multiple different types of apparel (for example, a heavy hoodie and a lightweight t-shirt), they may be routed to different print providers within our network to ensure the highest print quality. In these cases, your items will arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you. You will receive a distinct tracking number for each package.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors, household members, or your local post office first. If a package has truly stalled in transit or is lost, please contact us at rob@dustborne.faith within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
