This website is operated by Dustborne. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dustborne. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND VARIATIONS
Our apparel products are custom-printed to order. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at dustborne.faith. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Minor variations in print placement, sizing alignment, or color saturation are normal characteristics of the custom printing process and do not constitute a defect. 

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital designs, is the exclusive property of Dustborne and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or replication of our apparel designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
